Assetto Corsa is one of the craziest racing titles there is, with exclusive licensed cars, reproduced with active movable aerodynamics parts. It brings many hours of incredible gameplay that any other racing simulator can be jealous of!
Check out the advanced physics engine and enjoy some amazing machines from Italian (and other) car manufacturers.

Gameplay and Mechanics
The most important thing about playing Assetto Corsa is not “if,” but “when” will you play. How can one pass on those amazing Alfa Romeos just standing there with an open seat for you? It’s hard for me to imagine.
Anyway, when it comes to gaming itself, it is, indeed, a realistic racing experience with extensive customization available for your optimal racing experience. This game really does not leave you hanging when it comes to giving you choices.
So, what are the mechanics that made it so popular that the community is still going strong after eight years? Well, there is a lot.
“It Drives Like a Real Car!” — Advanced Physics Engine
Many things have been said about how difficult it is to create a driving simulator that really translates the car’s movement in real life to the game.
Fortunately, thanks to the physics engine created by Kunos Simulazioni, it seems that the Assetto made it possible. They’ve created a realistic driving simulator with features that have never been taken into account before, such as:
- Tyre flat spots.
- Heat cycles, including graining and blistering.
- Very advanced aerodynamic simulation with active movable aerodynamics parts controlled in real-time by telemetry input channels.
- Hybrid systems with Kinetic Energy Recovery System (or KERS).
- Energy recovery simulation.
And so much more!
Game Modes
Assetto Corsa is full of incredible game modes, challenges, and events. We have single-player modes, multiplayer modes, modes, modes — everything is in some kind of mode!
But I digress!
You can do quick races, custom championships, race weekends, drag races, drift challenges, career mode, and many more!
All of that in four driving assist profiles — gamer, racer, pro, and one of your own to customize! It even gives a sun position calculated in real-time, depending on where you are in the world. I mean — come on, if that’s not attention to detail, what is?
Tracks Out Of This World
Those are no ordinary tracks, you see. This is some premium tracking experience! To immerse your experience even more, the developers scanned the greatest racing tracks in the world in Monza, Silverstone, Imola, Mugello, Spa, Brands Hatch, and many more with laser scan technology to create a 1:1 copy of the tracks for you to ride on.
It even includes the historical reproduction of Monza with legendary Sopraelevata, high-speed oval races that were taking place there until 1961!
Make These Cars Yours – Customization
Every racing game just has to have incredible customization these days! At this point, it’s necessary to make it so that the gamers can create their cars to share on social media and everywhere else. Customization is the key to survival in this harsh racing industry.
So — make the car your own with some fancy paint job, maybe change some rims — do everything that would cost millions of dollars in real life — but in the game. We guarantee that it will not make the game price go up!
Cars, Cars, And Even More Cars!
Become an elite driver in an elite car! There are many incredible machines to pick from, the elite of Motorsport. Assetto Corsa includes some of the greatest American, European and Asian vehicles that you can imagine. So – hop on, and choose your adventure. Here is a comprehensive list of all the vehicles available in the game!
