How do region locks work on Steam and other platforms?
Keys are often locked to a specific region. Always check the product page before buying. We label region restrictions clearly so you activate keys in the correct country or account.
Can I buy games yet?
Purchasing is not available yet. We’re preparing the catalogue, payment options, and delivery process before opening sales. In the meantime, you can explore the site and build your wishlist.
How fast will I receive my key?
Key delivery is not available during the preview. Once the store launches, check the delivery information shown for your game before placing an order.
What if my key doesn’t work?
Check the platform and activation region first. For help, contact support@egamekeys.com with your order reference, the error message, and the steps you tried. Please do not send passwords or complete game keys.
